Job Description: • Analyze all current IT systems and manufacturing processes then implement a robust, manufacturing system company-wide that integrates shop floor, costing, and quality data with accounting., • Monitor and maintain two Windows servers ensuring strong performance and minimal down time., • Design, implement, monitor and manage wide area and local area networks to provide reliable data and telecommunication systems. • Ensure all infrastructure components meet our security needs and ensure business continuity., • Build desktops, load software and set up email accounts and passwords for new users., • Troubleshoot issues with users including access, printer problems, and software questions., • Actively manage vendor and consultant relationships and contracts. Reduce or eliminate use of consultants., • Maintain record of all inventory., • Prepare annual capital and operating budgets., • Develop, implement and document standard operating procedures

Experience with job costing and ISO 9000 quality data systems., • Strong communication and training skills allowing you to assist users in a patient and non-demeaning manner., • Knowledge to set up users with desktops, software, system and email access., • Experience with LAN, WAN, T1 lines, routers and switches., • owledge of the Microsoft Suite software.
