Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Heat Treat Induction Operator to set up and operate Induction machines. Duties will include, but are not limited to: *Check specs, use measurement tools, *Manual inspection of parts, *Change/adjust parameters for control of heat treat production line, *Perform hardness testing, *Prepare sample for hardness testing and metallographic analysis *Make production report. completion of production paperwork

Education Required: Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Experience Required: Must have prior industrial experience Must demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude Ideal candidate will be willing to work 2nd shift Blueprint reading skills, Good Math Skills, Knowledge of computers
