Job Description: The City of Green Bay is seeking a Transit Director to administer and direct the planning, development, and management of Green Bay Metro. Responsibilities include management of all aspects of the transit service, employee relations, budgeting, and marketing.

Base Pay: $80,189-$88,870 and excellent benefit package.
Education Required: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business or Public Administration, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Transportation, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience Required: Eight years of public sector supervisory and/or administrative experience and knowledge and experience in management and/or oversight of public transit preferred. Experience working with public bodies and the legislative process preferred. The ideal candidate will have leadership ability, project and process management experience, excellent decision making and problem solving skills as well as superior time management and communication skills.
