Job Description: Candidates need to have Customer Service experience, proficient in Microsoft applications – especially Excel and willing to work 45+ hours per week (especially in May). Some of the highlights are: • Daily communication with customers either via phone, e-mail or fax., • Available for overtime & weekends during peak season., • Coordinate and communicate with sales, merchandising, shipping and customer on all orders and issues pertaining to those orders. Act as a central resource for customer and order status information for the customer and internal departments., • Ability to analyze reports and drill down information needed to replenish product quantities within set standards., • Ability to think quickly and make sound, practical business decisions. • Communicate customer or order problems and aid in the solution of problems to customer satisfaction., • Monitor store inventory, sell-thru and inventory availability on a daily basis to ensure proper replenishment and service along with minimizing cost. • Cooperate and work with all areas of the company to assure a quality product is delivered to our customers as required., Must be proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel. Should have professional written and verbal communications skills, and have ability to provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
