Job Description: Supervising all aspects of a group home, supporting adults with disabilities including: supervising the direct care team, providing high quality direct care to people supported. Candidates must possess excellent written, oral & communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. We are seeking energetic candidates who have a positive approach to leading their team and to foster high staff morale. This 2nd shift, M-F work schedule, rotates being on-call and emergency coverage is expected. This position requires flexibility with work schedule and may be required to work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
