Job Description: Assembling circuit board components on a PC board, Duties could include but not limited to: taping, masking, dipping, slide line assembly, surface mount, soldering, and testing., Repetition

Base Pay: $10.00/hr
Other Pay: Over 40 hours is time and a half
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience Required: Experience in the assembly of PC boards is a huge plus and preferred. Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings, bills of material, process and routings. Must be able to read and understand component values and their descriptions. Self-starter, motivated and a team player, Able to meet the daily production needs, quality-conscious and have a concern for the customers needs. Must have good eyesight and hand dexterity, Must have good communication and problem solving skills. Must understand and live up to business unit expectations and participate in team meetings, discussions, etc. Must be willing to cross-train in other areas and be able to work overtime on short notice. Basic computer skills is a plus, Soldering skills and experience is also a plus, Able to sit/stand for 8-10 hour day, Ability to pass a drug test, Background check Reliable transportation to get to/from job site
