Job Description: Position Summary: Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is in the process of launching a new Associate Degree program in Environmental Engineering – Waste and Water Technology. This full time position will champion the implementation of Environmental Engineering – Waste and Water Technology program and serve as the instructor in many of the core program courses. This position is customer-focused and will require flexible scheduling and/or delivery to meet customer needs.

Base Pay: SALARY: Based on a standard 180-day* academic year, full-time obligation, minimum starting salary is $52,049 for a Bachelor’s degree and minimum experience. Maximum salary is $77,978 for a Doctorate’s degree and appropriate experience. Indexed salary table.
Other Pay: **The days of obligation will be pro-rated based on the number of days worked from the start date to August 11, 2012. Effective August 13, 2012 this position will move to a 180 day, academic year obligation.
Education Required: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of successful, direct occupational experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Master’s degree preferred. Must be eligible for certification under the Administrative Code of the Wisconsin Technical College System.
Experience Required: Environmental Science / Engineering background. Environmental engineering experience in water quality, waste water treatment, air pollution and industrial environmental reporting standards. Teaching experience not required, but desirable. Ability to work in a team environment. Appropriate technical licenses where applicable. Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends required.
