Job Description: Scheduler, -Schedule client cares, -Work with caregivers to fill any open shifts, -Complete Medical Documentation, -Employee / Client communication, -Answer phones, -Direct calls to proper departments, -Utilize internet based scheduling system efficiently and effectively, HR/Staffing Recruiter, -Recruiting and hiring support, including application & resume intake & screening conducting interviews, background check requests and processing applications., -Support client staffing needs in a fast paced dynamic environment., -Support the Payroll, and HR other departments in the Organization, -Update employee personnel files to include: new hire paperwork, disciplinary actions, certain payroll documentation and other items as needed., -Assist in supervisor meetings as needed to address any performance issues with employees or other issues as needed. Document meeting notes for personnel file. -Work to ensure consistency, accuracy and fairness in administration of all employment related policies. Counsels employees to ensure understanding and commitment to policies., -Assist in administering employee benefit plans., -Provide additional Human Resources and project support as needed.
