Job Description: Oversees the supervisors and is responsible for the operations of an assigned area within a territory; manage the work within the appropriate budget requirements and work closely with the customer as a liaison between the building owner or building management company and our operations. Work with any customer issues as well as employee relations issues., Position Requirements Must be able to maneuver through buildings for inspections, possibly up to several hours a day. Must be able to drive several hours a day to numerous locations as needed. Able to lift and operate cleaning machines as needed, pushing, bending and lifting of equipment and materials (minimum of 50 lbs). Able to work with and communicate with front line employees as well as upper level management team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:, Job Knowledge/Experience: 2 – 5 years of management/supervisory experience required, preferably in the janitorial industry. Must be able to understand basic financial reports. Computer Skills: Must be able to prepare basic Word and Excel documents. Writing Skills: Must be able to write basic business documents in English. License(s): Valid State driver’s license. Education/Training: High school graduate or equivalent GED. Some college courses are preferred. Training in the cleaning industry or building management field is preferred.
