Job Description: Kelly Services has an immediate need for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. These positions are responsible for providing members and consumers with a quality customer experience. Individuals will call out to members and consumers to provide customer specific information and schedule appointments for a Field Representative to follow up with.

Experience Required: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Consults with customers over the telephone and provide customer information and schedule appointments • Learns and utilizes client software and sells and/or services client products • Demonstrates excellent communication, computer and data entry skills, • Establishes and develops relationships with clients and co-workers, • Utilizes technology to create and retain consumer data and records, • Ability to addapt to change quickly, • Work independently and be able to make quick decisions, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • High School degree or equivalent (GED, HSED) required. TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE, This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Intermediate Word and Excel skills. Also, individuals in this position must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by Client
