Job Description: We are looking for a part-time office assistant to help "behind the scenes"., Job duties include the following:, -File x-rays and patient files on a daily basis, -Prepare patient "travel cards", files and x-rays for the next day., -Check "travel cards" for who needs a progress exam on a daily basis., -Create patients schedule of care using our software program, -Develop, label and put clip on new x-rays, This is an important position and your work will make a difference here., Ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, conscientious and work at a fast and efficient pace!, Schedule of work: Monday - Friday approximately 3 hours per shift., Shift start time is as early as about 4:30 or 5 pm. Shift start time can be later and depends if employee is a minor or not.
