Job Description: Specialized Loan Documentation (SLD) creates legal and binding Security Loan Agreements. In addition, we accept incoming calls via a toll free number to assist the lenders with questions pertaining to the documents we create. Our team is responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to Consumer Lending., Duties & Responsibilities: •Prepare and review loan documentation in compliance with policies and procedures, •Communicate with bankers to resolve problems and obtain additional information needed to complete documentation requests in a timely manner, •Receive incoming calls from internal customers to explain/resolve discrepancies and misinterpretations on documentation requests, •Respond to the needs of internal personnel on appropriate processing procedures, problem solving issues, administrative tasks, etc. •Perform other assignments as requested
