Job Description: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the employee incentive pay plan, Updates the employee incentive pay plan according to each job and employee and prepares the incentive pay report for payroll processing monthly, Contacting customers regarding collections and updates the Finance Manager on progress of collections on jobs, Backup to answering the phone and giving carpet cleaning estimates, Reports back to the Finance Manager an Accounts Receivable analysis on a regular basis, Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager, Hours will be between 8:30AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday
