Job Description: We are looking for a Production Planner with a metal manufacturing background. This role will largely include developing routings for manufacturing parts, fabrications and assemblies. They will also validate estimated time to manufacture for finalized routings and validate new orders to be processed based on due dates and complexity of processes required, This is a direct position and offers a very competitive wage of $20-$27/hr!

Education Required: Bachelors or Associates degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
Experience Required: 5 years increasing responsibility working in a metal fabrication environment in planning, or a similar role with similar responsibilities. Routing experience is a must!, Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment including but not limited to: cold and band saws, shears, laser cutting, water jet cutting, press brake forming, deburring/finishing, machining, welding, and assembly. Knowledge of part inspection and required equipment., Ability to read blueprints., Computer Proficiency - MS Word/Excel/ERP System., Working knowledge of metals and associated materials., Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements., Trillium Staffing has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 25 years.
