Job Description: Immediate temporary Administrative Support positions available with reputable Green Bay company. JOB DESCRIPTION, The role includes working to provide an accurate and timely invoice and determining the root cause of any billing problems, enabling the customer to pay outstanding and future invoices in a timely manner. This is accomplished by having a comprehensive understanding of the order to cash process and how our internal systems interact to meet the customer's expectations. The position will require building a close working relationship with the customer. The role also requires integration with Customer Service, the Customer Response and Development Team's., REQUIREMENTS, Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, Decisive with the ability to make spot decisions, Analytical, results oriented, and high energy, Ability to identify, resolve and eliminate defects utilizing strong problem solving skills, Organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload to accomplish a variety of duties, Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007, Ability to work in multiple systems, Ability to work in fast paced environment, Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm, SCHEDULE, Shifts and work schedules based on assignment availability. Full-time (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) as well as part-time and weekend schedules are available., Please email a resume for consideration.
