Job Description: Responsible for adding new and retaining existing customers to achieve set revenue goals. Will introduce and educate prospects and customers about our products and services. Duties include but are not limited to the following:, 1. Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales of company products., 2. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information., 3. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Emphasize service or product features and benefits. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications. 4. Present prices and credit and terms in accordance with company policy. 5. Increase sales and average order size by proactively cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software 4. Must be Internet savvy and comfortable with using the Web as a research tool
