If you want to begin or advance your career in HR – we are the team to work with., Primary Duties and Responsibilities, • Provide polished and professional administrative support to our HR Consulting team, • Answer the telephone, greet visitors and direct calls to the appropriate staff member, • Answer basic employee and client questions, • Conduct HR research for projects, • Help maintain and update our website, • Creating and designing forms and resource materials, • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators, • Maintain our internal computer system by tracking, updating and entering data, • Scheduling meeting and coordinating conference calls., • Coordinating and scheduling work calendars, • Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets, • Assist in our recruiting activities including participation in job fairs, • Posting employment ads and organizing resumes and job applications, • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process, • Preparing new employee files for our clients, • Assist in the new hire onboarding process with our clients and their employees including enrollment in fringe benefit programs.
