Job Description: The Carpenter is responsible for completing various tasks in the reconstruction process which include demolition work, painting, staining, roofing, window installation, and siding., Essential Job Functions, Rough Framing, Painting/staining/finishing, Hang drywall, Roofing/siding/soffit/fascia/custom break work, Decks/porches/railings/stair systems, Hardwood/laminate flooring, Detach/reset toilets Finish Carpentry: to include, oTrim, doors, cabinets, crown molding/ paneling, Reviews work schedule as posted by the NEW Project Manager, calls in to the Project Manager each day to receive the work schedule Report back to the Project Manager at the completion of each shift to go over progress on each job worked on throughout the day, Skills/Qualifications, The carpenter must be able to read and understand work orders, as well as material lists, along with understanding and adhering to all local and state building codes. The carpenter role is a lead role out in the field representing the entire organization. This position requires individuals to work both independently, as well as, in a team environment. It is each carpenters duty to uphold high standards in job site safety along with high quality standards of finished products. This individual will communicate with the customer regularly. It is imperative that company attire is worn and a professional disposition is present at all times. Valid Drivers License Required
