This is a limited-term position.
Monday through Friday with varied hours between 4:00 a.m. and 9:45 p.m., Saturdays with varied hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., and varied hours during NFL season for Packer game routes. Approximately 25 hours per week. This position also provides coverage for other dispatcher positions.

Job Description: Opens and/or closes Transit Information Center office. Opens garage area. Verifies that transit operators arrive in time for work. Reassigns drivers as needed. Answers phone and departmental radio inquiries. Calculates and verifies driver hours. Assists counting fare box revenue and tokens. Performs general calculations and related duties. Compiles daily operational statistics and enters into the computer (e.g., transfers, mileage, revenue, ridership). Sells bus tokens and bus passes to the public. Assists in taking ridership surveys. Provides work relief assistance to other office personnel, including filling in during vacation and sick leave.

Education Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent., 2. One to three years related dispatching experience, with data entry and customer service experience., 3.
