Job Description: Independent is currently seeking several individuals to join our Hand Finishing Department as part-time/full-time Hand Finishing Assistants., These individuals will be responsible for the hand folding, taping, collating, inserting and sorting of printed materials; the operation of small bindery equipment such as shrink wrappers, drills, riveters, etc.; assisting in the Machine Finishing Department on a regular basis as helpers on various pieces of Machine Finishing equipment; and preparing jobs for shipping and delivery, including boxing, labeling and completing appropriate paperwork.

Base Pay: Based on experience
Experience Required: Qualified applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, quality conscious individuals who possess the ability to work independently and efficiently in completing assigned tasks.
