Job Description: * Reports to the Director of Athletics. * Assure that the organizational development of the program is consistent with the Mission of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the Department of Athletics. * Generate and promote positive public relations and dynamic support for the Department of Athletics. * Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with University leadership, faculty, staff, alumni and community. * Maintain effective relationships with former student-athletes, coaches and University Advancement. * Assist the Director of Athletics with annual and long-term goals for the Phoenix Fund. * Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the annual Phoenix Fund Drive increasing awareness, membership and revenues. * Organize and direct the athletic annual fund drive to attain established goals. * Develop new revenue streams and programs through the Phoenix Fund, special events and activities that promote financial giving. * Manage stewardship for members of the Phoenix Fund. * Serve as liaison to the Phoenix Fund Board of directors, Phoenix Fund Executive Committee, University Advancement, and related athletic booster clubs. * Facilitate and organize Phoenix Fund Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings. * Lead Board of Director development and orientation to educate and engage members; provide direction and support to Board of Director officers. * Coordinate distribution of annual endowed scholarships for athletics. * Create and maintain programs that support endowed scholarships and athletic endowment fund. * Assist in the athletic department priority point system used for reseating in the Resch Center. * Coordinate athletic alumni events. * Serve as an Athletic Program representative at community and campus events as requested by the director of Athletics., Please go to www.uwgb.edu… to view full job posting.
