Job Description: • Coordinate and execute an efficient production schedule., • Train and supervise production employees., • Develop and maintain a work culture that assures safety first and always. • Continually analyze systems and procedures for process improvements leading to the highest level of quality, productivity and customer satisfaction., • Increase retention and optimize high performance teams within the work force., • Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to support company core values., • Maintain professional conduct and appearance., • Ensure visibility on the shop floor.

Education Required: A high school diploma is required, with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Manufacturing, Quality, or Operations Management strongly preferred.
Experience Required: • 3 to 5 years of manufacturing supervisory/leadership experience is required., • An ability to inspire others through coaching & team building, problem solve and the ability to lead by example, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong initiative and drive while exhibiting a flexible demeanor in an ever changing environment., • Lean Manufacturing experience with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, SMED, Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement., • Must be able to read, analyze and interpret business information, technical procedures and government regulations., • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing ERP solutions., • An ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a sense of humor., • Occasional evenings and travel may be required
