Job Description: 1. Contact partners through, but not limited to phone calls, email, mailings, fax, teleseminars and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company., 2. Match programs to customer requirements, and close contracts for defined programs., 3. Collaborate with marketing support, community management, service management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. 4. Ensure handoffs to community management, development and support are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction., 5. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional., 6. Ensure legal compliance to all laws applicable to the industry.

Education Required: Associate Degree Desired, An Associate's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience is desirable.
Experience Required: Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role, and 2 years in a customer service, public speaking or training role., Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software such as Windows XP, CRM Software, FTP, HTTPS, SMTP, Internet Security, and delimited file formats. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral., Desirable Requirements. Experience with EDI, ERP, XML, business to business commerce, and Internet communication software are also desirable.
