Job Description: Angelus Village is a new and exciting assisted living facility that will be opening in July 2012. Currently we are seeking a maintenance person. This person will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance to ensure that machines run smoothly, repairing or replacing defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, maintain a professional look of the property by painting and cleaning of common areas and rooms, ordering and maintaining supplies, and other related duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work-related experience is preferred. Must be able to meet the physical demands including the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. This position will require availability on rotating weekends and holidays.
