Job Description: The Sales Administrator is responsible for the processing, maintenance and monthly accruals for sales and marketing rebates and promotions. This position manages contract rebate agreements, approvals, deduction resolution and monthly accrual maintenance. The Sales Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance and payment of Broker contracts, commission processing and monthly accruals maintenance., Essential Duties and Responsibilities:, •Develop special reports requested by Sales/Brokers for program tracking, •Deduction investigation and resolution of all SMR’s contracts and promotional related issues., •Contract rebate contractual agreements, approval process, generation management., •Contract rebate deduction resolution, rebate payment processing and monthly accrual maintenance, •Maintain program databases, •Administer month end calculations for rebate and promotional programs
