Job Description: Cherney Microbiological Services LTD, is seeking a team-oriented, self-starter with a broad financial background and strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to fill its full-time Controller position with the following key accountabilities: Financial Analysis - Provide proactive financial analysis, cost accounting, new business quote preparation, ROI analysis and recommendations to optimize the financial performance of the company. Management team member - Be a contributing member of the leadership and strategic planning teams., Tactical HR/Benefit Management - Manage all aspects of Human Resources and Benefit Management in an effort to manage costs, provide competitive benefits and select, develop and retain the talent necessary to implement the strategy., IT Function - Oversee the IT consulting group to ensure smooth and stable IT performance and optimize efficiencies., Office Team - Build a skill set-aligned, high performance office team through clear expectations, empowerment and accountability.
