Job Description: - Providing Customer Service via phone, email, and/or instant message for craft customers (2-3 hours/day), - Completing other projects to support an ecommerce craft retail business (2-3 hours/day), - Receiving, printing, picking and packing online orders for craft products (2-3 hours/day), Required qualifications include: - Genuine desire to help and relate to others, - Maintains positive relationships within a team environment, - Maintains positive attitude and customer relationships, - Ability to handle many details with a high level of accuracy - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and organize a variety of work tasks, - Ability to work independently with limited supervision, - Ability to independently learn new tasks, - Ability to independently use resources to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges, - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and effective listening, - Strong analytical thinking with results driven problem solving skills, - A passion for and/or experience with crafting, - Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel - Hardworking, Reliable, Responsible, Dependable, Honest, and with good Attendance Record, - Willing to work in a highly dynamic work environment, - Committed employee for long term work relationship, - Drug and alcohol free policy compliance and smoke free work environment, - Review orders for detailed information and accuracy according to reporting procedures. Ability to pay attention to details is essential., - Receive, inspect, and shelve stock, record inventory, and participate in physical counting of inventory. - Keep track of and prepare orders of shipping supplies., - Keep warehouse orderly by breaking down boxes and removing excess packing materials.
