Job Description: HIL is seeking dedicated, reliable and compassionate individuals to fill FT caregiver positions in our Sturgeon Bay (group) home. Duties include assisting with personal cares and activities of daily living, providing companionship, promoting community integration, and fostering positive relationships. The program design for these positions is geared toward people with disabilities who demonstrate significant behavioral challenges; in addition, complex medical conditions that also require staff attention. Compliance with established behavioral support plans are a must for this position.

Base Pay: $9.75/hour (starting pay)
Other Pay: Wage increase after successfully completing 4 month orientation period, as well as a $100 sign on bonus at 4 months and 8 months!

Experience Required: No experience required. CNAs are encouraged to apply!
