Ideal candidates are team players with good attendance who want to learn and expand their skills and talents., Responsibilities include but are not limited to:, • Supervising and managing activities directly related to the daily business and department needs., • Developing, analyzing and delivering simple to complex information to direct reports., • Provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules., • Provide mentoring, leadership and direction for direct reports., • Ensure individuals are trained appropriately and ensures personnel are compliant with all applicable training requirements., • Assign work assignments based on daily department needs, ensure quality products are produced and achieve department metrics., • Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues/concerns between shifts to ensure customer expectations are met
