Job Description: Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Development Engineer to design and commercialize new products and processes working with a variety of extrusions, laminating, inks, films, and adhesives as related to the product. Primary responsibilities include: *Identification of customer requirements., *Writing and executing associated trials in Manufacturing plants and testing this material at customer facilities., *Definition of robust commercial specifications including AC testing necessary to meet customer requirements., *Identification of laboratory and end use testing required and statistical interpretation of results., *Effective communication of results via written reports and presentations to customers and senior leadership., *Providing material & process expertise linked to market responsibilities., *Working closely with customers, vendors and all internal functional groups including Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and Specifications.
