Job Description: As a Financial Analyst your duties will include assisting the Commercial Relationship Managers in the development and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions for the bank. Accountabilities include: to ensure accuracy of financial analysis; to ensure adherence to lending directives; to maintain and promote a customer service environment; to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations; to maintain and support the lending process; assist in negotiations of terms and conditions of loan agreements; assist in preparation of loan proposals and commitments. Develop credit information for use by commercial relationship managers in making lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans. Prepare and analyze spreadsheets, financial information, financial statements and related material. Produce a variety of reports used to assess credit information such as risk rating reports and loan transaction summaries (LTS). Prepare summary, present facts and offer opinions concerning credit worthiness.
