Job Description: The Credit Assistant is responsible for primary completion of customer credit applications and lien waivers. This position works closely with Analysts and divisions on customer accounts. Duties Include:, -Data entry of Credit applications and lien waivers., -Communication with divisions and sales representatives regarding issues with Credit applications and lien waivers., -Updating customer accounts with credit limits, core information and payment information., -Correspondance with internal and external customers via, phone, email, fax and mail., Job Requirements:* A minimum of one year of experience within an office environment., Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook., Ability to type 40WPM.
