Job Description: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our 2nd Shift food production and packaging employees. Responsibilities' include but are not limited to: lead & instruct an efficient, continuously improving production team; ensure that food safety and product specifications are met; ensure that good manufacturing practices and procedures are followed, manage resources to ensure effective performance & quality assurance, ensure all health, safety & hygiene procedures are followed, complete production documentation; production line work; train new employees and address staff issues., This position requires a team-player who has self-motivation, drive, determination, and ambition to lead & motivate their team to succeed. This individual must have the ability to communicate with all levels of Operations, and have a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and its impact on performance.
