Job Description: This position is responsible for selling the company’s laminated substrates to the Heavy Weight Folding Carton market, including developing market plans to support sales goals, development and maintenance of sales accounts, sales forecasting, sales presentations and facilitating resolution of customer issues, Essential Job Functions:, • Develop and implement an annual sales plan, which identifies key accounts and grows sales within the defined territory/market. • Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the company’s product lines. • Identify specific customer needs and leverage those opportunities to meet territory/market budgeted sales targets and future growth. • Participate in the gathering of competitor pricing and product information. • Investigate, communicate and assist in the resolution of customer complaints according to established company procedures. • Maintain accurate records of all projects that assist in the ongoing management of the territory. • Provide status reports as determined by the Sales Manager with regard to assigned territory. • Continue to build key customer relationships within assigned territory. • Assist in the development of pricing strategies.

Education Required: Education and Experience Required: • A two-year associate degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Three to five years of applicable Sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry is desired. • Experience is paper making, converting or corrugating and/or paper converting is a plus.
Experience Required: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:, • Computer literacy including, Microsoft Office products, • Strong listening skills, • Ability to multi-task effectively • Good time management skills, • Strong interpersonal skills, • Flexible • Excellent prospecting skills, • Ability to travel as required
