Job Description: Excellent temp to hire position in Neenah as an Sheeter Operator. Job duties will consist of reading job orders to determine settings, install rolls of paper into the machine, set sheet length and width. Will also be required to meet or exceed production goals set on machine, observe machine to detect malfunctions such as jamming, wrinkling or tearing of material, checking setup for accuracy and making sure using the correct paper, also monitor sheet size, trouble shoot problems, check for worn or broken parts & that machine is at or above target rates when possible, clean machine parts when needed. Must become knowledgeable about all grades of paper use along with completing all necessary paperwork accurately and completely, including entering and deducting roll information. Oil and grease machine per schedule, prep jumbo rolls as necessary., Interested candidate must have a high school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. The ability to compute rates, must have strong tape measure skills and be able to apply them. Interested candidates must have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team environment. Will also be required to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis along with a lot of bending, twisting and rotating. Will be standing on concrete for the duration of your shift.
