Job Description: This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a reputable company in the area who is looking to add their next team member. It will be direct hire and they are looking immediately. The primary responsibility of this employee will be to support the Engineering, Manufacturing and Maintenance departments with troubleshooting and implementing new projects to ensure manufacturing processes and costs are most efficient. They will be providing support for all machines within the plant as well., Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Provide safe, reliable, ergonomic systems and machines for all engineered automation projects. Develop and maintain cost effective specifications and standards for machine controls and programming., Perform hands-on programming and troubleshooting on numerous types of automation equipment, PLC’s and electronics. Test and identify electrical issues. Complete CAD drawings.

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Controls Engineering or similar field strongly preferred.
Experience Required: At least five years of machine controls experience. Knowledge of complex automation equipment specifically designing and programming of PLCs., Computer proficiency a must.
