Job Description: This person will oversee construction projects ranging from $5-$35 million. This will include managing field work, providing leadership to staff and ensuring proper completion of work. They will be using formal systems to manage resources, budgets, time lines, risk and changes for new construction and renovations. It will be this person’s responsibility to lead and direct the work of others and work closely with the Project Manager to guarantee timely project completion.

Education Required: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but will consider adequate experience.
Experience Required: At least five years of Superintendent experience required, ten years preferred. Supervisory experience a must., Familiarity with a variety of field concepts and procedures. Organizational abilities necessary. Good computer and phone skills a must., Ability to adapt in stressful situations.
