Job Description: Seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator. This position is responsible for creating cost estimates for both design/build & plan, and spec. plumbing and piping projects. The successful individual will also need to apply industry knowledge, experience and estimating processes to accurately match anticipated costs to the project scope.

Experience Required: *Previous plumbing and piping experience *Three to five years of estimating experience is preferred, as well as previous industry/field experience, *Strong written, oral communication and coordinating skills, *Excellent customer service relation skills, *Strong knowledge of, and experience in reading and understanding project drawings, specifications and bid requirement documents, *Strong computer skills including the capability to efficiently utilize a computerized take-off and estimating program, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook, *Physical ability to access job sites, including some climbing
