Job Description: St. Norbert College has an opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for scheduling, training, routine supervision, discipline, checking and approving of time sheets, and yearly performance evaluations for staff. Additional responsibilities include: housekeeping duties, inspection of campus areas, assisting with special set-ups and events, and participating in the weekend on-call program. Supervision is exercised over 11 full-time housekeepers.
