Job Description: Craft-e-Corner, a small but growing family owned e-commerce craft supply retail business is looking for a craft-lover to do the following: - telephone and e-mail customer service, - find and/or create craft related material (articles and/or video) for email newsletter, - create/modify product descriptions for listing craft products for our website, - create and manage social media posts highlighting content for crafters, - administrative tasks and projects to support online retail business initiatives, Requirements include: - Passion for and/or experience with paper crafting, scrapbooking, card making, - Proven TECHNICAL computer skills with Internet Explorer, G-mail, Online Buying sites, Blogs, Facebook, - Ability to handle many details with a high level of accuracy - Ability to independently prioritize and organize a variety of work tasks, - Excellent written & oral communication skills, - Genuine desire to help and relate to others, Expected attributes:, - Detail/task oriented, technologically skilled, problem solver and researcher, - Reliable, Responsible, Dependable, and Honest, - Willing to work in a flexible, highly dynamic work environment, - Understanding of online shopping experience and competitive e-commerce environment - Committed employee for long term work relationship Additional skills/experience preferred but not essential:, - Willingness to videotape self doing craft projects, - Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, - ASPdotnet ecommerce platform, - Email Marketing and/or Search Engine Optimization, This position is a part time position for the months of January through October, and a fulltime position for the months of November and December. This position has flexible hours sometime during the Monday through Friday 8am-5:00pm timeframe. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business.
