Job Description: Excellent opportunity awaits you as a hand packager/machine operator at this rapidly growing company. Interested candidate will be working on the slice line which will consist of set up, operate, adjust, and maintain a variety of packaging machines and equipment within the packaging department. Other duties will consist of packaging individual slices of product into bags and packing into boxes. Would also be operating a cutter that cuts product down to a smaller size per customers specifications (which could weigh anywhere from 7oz up to 34lbs) and then placing product into individual bags. Once bagged, the product is sent thru an automatic vacuum sealer, labeled and then packaged into boxes to be shipped out. Employee will also be supplying machines with bags and re-loading as necessary. Mechanical ability is a must, will be required to help out in the changing of parts on machines which involves using hand tools to take the damaged parts and re-attach a new parts.
