Job Description: Responsible for non-exempt recruitment and selection process as assigned, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating training and the complete new hire process. Duties: Attend clinic meeting to learn of staffing needs in various areas., Manages all postings and job announcements on external websites and print media., Participates in career fairs and special recruiting events., Continuously seek recruiting sources., Review applications on a daily basis., Select and schedule applicants to interview Conduct interviews and reference checks., Generates acknowledgements and rejection letters for candidates., Updates application tracking system and documents activities associated with candidates., Coordinate new hires to attend training class., Participate in new hire training class and obtains new hire paperwork., Process background and driver license checks. Communicate with Supervisors the new hire availability and contact information., Ensures all new hires and transfers receive and complete appropriate paperwork., Keep excel spreadsheet and company portal updated with employment data., Maintenance of I-9 documentation.

Experience Required: Knowledge of state and federal employment laws Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word Education/Experience:, Associate’s degree in a related field. 3 to 4 years of experience performing similar duties in a human resources function An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Ability to work independently without specific instruction.
