Job Description: Temp to hire position in the Neenah areas awaits you as a distribution picker/processor. Duties will consist of picking and processing customer orders following special instructions as indicated on order forms, replenishing product, assist in cycle counts and physical inventory of finished goods and entering into the computer, other responsibilities include taking out the trash, recycling, and corner boards. Identification and storage of damaged goods, putting away and repacking items. Reporting of all materials (skid, broke boxes, etc), safety checks of equipment, ensure assigned work area is properly maintainied. Interested candidate must be an overall good person, be computer literate, working knowledge in distribution systems a plus but not required. Need to be good with numbers and have good counting skills. Must successfully complete the job training checklist and forklift training and have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Sometimes required to sit for extended period of time. You may be going in and out of a forklift repeatedly throughout the day. Required to do multiple data entry functions for extended period of time. The abillity to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple simultaneously. Must be self motivated.
