Job Description: Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this position will direct and manage regional sales managers, manage day-to-day field activities, territory management, and develop national accounts at the regional level. This position is also responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting and expense management. Primary Responsibilities:, • Manage the regional sales team to perform to a high performance level including: daily sales administration activities, forecasting, goal setting and metrics, territory managing, account profitability and building strong relationships with internal and external customers. • Develop national accounts at the regional level by establishing sales policy, objectives, pricing, discounts, establishing territories and sales volume goals, • Strengthen national sales account base, ensuring a presence in every national account, by building product awareness, development of key contacts, and strong negotiation., • Grow sales of existing product offerings and new products through strengthened account relationships, while handling consignment planning and management including penetration into distributors’ management and executive levels. • Establish and maintain critical industry contacts representing the company to key customers. Plan for and oversee sales meetings, trade shows and host site-visits for key business partners., • Define market potential by analyzing market surveys and sales statistics, estimating volume and profit potential and preparing forecasts, • Accomplish sales and marketing objectives by communicating expectations, monitoring performance against sales objectives, • Achieve market share by developing and establishing promotional opportunities, pricing strategies and implementing marketing campaigns, • Maintain assets by protecting brand image, • Maintain quality service to customer through cooperative communication with Sales administration

Education Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Required: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and marketing management experience at a National Sales Manager level., Demonstrated ability to manage multiple facets of sales and marketing functions., Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced team environment., Ability to travel extensively, domestically and internationally., Demonstrated ability to train, develop and provide sales and marketing strategic vision to direct and independent sales network., Demonstrated ability to manage and execute detailed concepts., Exceptional organizational, presentation and written communication skills., Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems and Excel., Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of design engineering with respect to equipment., Ability to travel up to 50 - 75%., .
