Job Description: Immediate temporary Customer Service positions available with reputable Green Bay Company. JOB DESCRIPTION, The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to manage a customer segment within a team to achieve specific key goals. The CSR will handle a variety of service requests and issues independently. This is accomplished by having a comprehensive understanding of all procedures, systems, and equipment used daily. Responsibilities include soliciting freight, resolving problems and building a solid working relationship with all customers in order to understand their total service needs. REQUIREMENTS, Must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment, Effective oral, phone, and written communication skills, Ability to work in multiple systems, Strong data entry and Microsoft Office 2007 skills, Problem solving skills Accurate and detail oriented, Ability to work in fast paced environment, Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm, SCHEDULE, Shifts and work schedules based on assignment availability.
